Our CEO Fabian Sanchez is a former US Marine and has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. Fabian has a bachelors in business studies from Dallas Baptist University and over two years of vocational training in the construction and the mechanical field.

Fabian and his wife Rebekah started a roofing company "Roofing for Children" in 2011 after Fabian graduated Christ for the Nations Bible Institute in Dallas Texas. Together with a great core team they were able to roof several hundred homes mostly through insurance claims. This is where Fabian develop a high aptitude in dealing with insurance companies and the restoration industry after a natural or accidental property disasters.

Fabian and Rebekah became US Missionaries to help plant new Christian Hispanic ministries in the state of Kentucky in 2018. They left their roofing company to a good friend who still runs it and maintains its focus of helping people with their restoration needs and helping children organizations with a percentage of the companies profit. They believe that business has to be for a greater purpose than making money. As they were planting churches an opportunity to start a Spanish Christian radio station in Hodgenville KY came about. And thinking of ways to help fund the station is where KY Roofing Plus LLC began. They have been able help many home owners and some business owners / churches with their restoration and insurance claims. While maintaining a kingdom focus and helping people with their restoration projects they hope to be of service tho their community and surrounding cointies.
